Precision tape alignment and start referencing
Positive start alignment ensures rear tapes begin precisely at the hem position, delivering a clean, professional finish and eliminating visual inconsistency between blinds.
Laser-guided sewing alignment
Integrated guide lasers display the exact sew line, allowing precise positioning of each tape and removing guesswork from setup, even across multiple tapes on a single blind.
Rigid steel support bed
A full-length steel bed supports and carries the fabric throughout the sewing cycle, maintaining stability and improving sew quality, particularly on larger or heavier Roman blinds.
Automatic tape feeding and positioning
The rear tape is guided accurately into position prior to sewing, ensuring consistent placement and reliable feeding throughout the automated cycle.
Magnetic fabric retention
Magnetic secures the fabric once aligned, maintaining position during sewing and further reducing reliance on operator handling or correction.
Automatic hem detection and hot tape cutting
The machine detects the final hem position, cuts the tape to length using an integrated hot cutter, and finishes the seam precisely at the side hem. Termination position is adjustable to suit different hem sizes.
