The CCT Fabric Cutting Machine is designed to remove these issues by delivering consistent, clean cuts across roller blind, Roman blind, screen, and zebra fabrics, while performing reliably on most other materials, including curtain fabrics.
Using a high-pressure crush-cutting process, the CCT cuts and compresses the fabric edge in a single operation, helping reduce fraying and eliminate the need for secondary finishing. Built for industrial environments, it provides repeatable accuracy, dependable throughput, and a more controlled cutting process, supporting efficient production with reduced operator dependency.
The CCT is suitable for manufacturers ranging from smaller, quality-focused production environments through to large-scale operations requiring consistent, high-volume daily output.
Key Features
High speed crush cut
Powered by pneumatic pressure and a robust crush-cut mechanism, the CCT delivers clean, sealed cuts up to 4 metres in under 2 seconds, reducing fraying and supporting high-throughput production.
precise cutting tolerances
Maintains cutting precision to ±0.25 mm across the entire 4-metre width, ensuring square edges and consistent alignment for every blind or fabric panel.
parallel belt driven cross bar
Dual synchronized linear actuators drive the full-length cross bar to achieve square finished edges. Standard models include a digital display for manual positioning, while motorised cross-bar models automatically move to set measurements, reducing setup effort.
Inspection light box
An LED-lit inspection light box illuminates unrolled fabric, allowing operators to identify imperfections or inconsistencies before cutting, ensuring only quality material proceeds through production.
Machine safety standards
Equipped with coded safety sensors that meet and exceed UK and US regulatory standards, the CCT minimises risk and protects operators in high-speed manufacturing environments.

CCT-O-S sharp cut
he CCT-O-S sharp-cut blade delivers extremely clean, crisp edges for blackout, zebra, vision, and honeycomb fabrics, where a traditional crush finish may not be required.
Louvolite assembly end clamp
The Louvolite assembly end clamp combines roller blind tucking integration with a high-pressure pneumatic clamp, improving stability and preparation consistency. A Louvolite Smart Rail can be substituted for additional flexibility.
inspection hoist
The optional twin-pillar inspection hoist lets operators cut and inspect output from one workstation, saving floor space and increasing workflow efficiency, especially when paired with the Louvolite end station.

Production Output:

- Maximum of 200-300 blinds per full 8-hour shift
(average of 2 minutes per blind).
