Fabric cutting machine
CutPro is a sharp-cut fabric cutting machine developed for professional blind and soft furnishing production, including roller blinds, Roman blinds, screens, zebra, blackout, and honeycomb fabrics. It delivers clean, accurate edge quality across demanding blind materials while maintaining the speed required for daily production.
The motor-driven blade provides precise, consistent cutting performance, supported by digitally counted measurement for repeatable accuracy. The measuring arm is manually positioned, giving operators direct control of setup while retaining measurement consistency throughout production runs.
Designed for practical workshop and factory environments, CutPro combines high-speed cutting capability with straightforward operation, allowing it to be run effectively without previous specialist cutting experience.
Key Features
High speed precision cut
The CutPro uses a motor-driven tungsten steel blade to produce a sharp, accurate cut across a wide range of blind fabrics. Developed with challenging materials such as blackout, vision (zebra), and honeycomb fabrics in mind, the system maintains cutting precision and edge consistency during repetitive production. This enables efficient fabric processing with dependable results.

Engineered for accuracy, CutPro maintains a cutting precision of ±0.25 mm across a full 3 metre width. This ensures perfectly square edges, critical for blind alignment and consistent product quality across every blind.
Quick-Change Cutting Anvil
Our patent-pending cutting anvil features multiple polymer surfaces that can be rotated instantly, ensuring the blade always meets a clean, reliable edge. This maintains cut quality throughout the day, even on demanding fabrics. When all surfaces are used, the entire anvil can be removed and replaced in under two minutes, reducing downtime and keeping the table in continuous, efficient operation.
Digital Measurement Display
A bright, easy-to-read digital measurement display (metric or imperial) ensures precise and consistent results when producing roller blinds, screens, curtains, and roman blinds.

+
CutPro Plus transforms the table into a fully integrated manufacturing station where a single operator can cut the fabric, assemble the blind with the chosen bottom bar system, and inspect the finished product all in one workflow.
By combining cutting, assembly, and quality checking on the same platform, production becomes faster, more efficient, and far easier to manage. This eliminates unnecessary handling and movement between workstations, reduces labour requirements, and ensures every blind is completed and checked to a consistent standard before it leaves the table.

Louvolite assembly end clamp

The Louvolite clamp station integrates Louvolite’s roller blind tucking system with our high-pressure pneumatic clamp for unmatched stability during fabric preparation. Users can also opt to have the Louvolite Smart Rail installed in place of the tucking station, providing a flexible setup tailored to their production needs.
Twin-pillar air driven inspection hoist allows smooth vertical lift keeping perfectly level without the need of motor powered belt drives. Mounted directly to the end of the cutting machine, it provides a smooth, efficient workflow and pairs perfectly with the optional Louvolite end station.
